Jamie Carr, AVP, Assistant Branch Manager, is a native of Labette County, Kansas. She attended Fort Scott Community College and Oklahoma State University. She is also a graduate from the Schools of Banking – Bank Compliance School in 2010.
Jamie has 19 years of banking experience, spending 13 of those years as an internal auditor.
She joined the Welch State Bank team in 2024 as the Assistant Branch Manager for our South Coffeyville location.
