Chad Johnson, obtained a general construction degree from North Arkansas Community College 1995. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture Finance in May 1999. After college, he worked in the poultry industry. He has lived in the Welch area since 2001 and worked in the cattle business before joining the bank in 2011 and still continuing in the cattle business.
